1910s Downton Abbey Style Evening Gown

Embroidered Tunic Gown 1900s

Evening gowns of the 1910s had a slimmer silhouette and empire waistlines. This double layer gown has a slim straight skirt with a slight train. The over-tunic is a lightweight, gauzy material embroidered with flowers. The tunic bodice and sleeves are cut from one piece in a kimono style.
