This lady’s gown consists of a chocolate brown Italian velvet bodice with an embroidered panel and padded shoulder rolls. A Spanish farthingale and bum roll support the fullness of the cartridge pleated skirt. Cartridge pleats are folded and sewn by hand end-on to the waistband.
